Paul Zwi

Paul Zwi has worked in the investment and financial services industry for over 20 years, with a key focus on equity research and wealth management opportunities. Prior to Clime, Paul was the Head of Equity Research and Senior Research Analyst at Centric Wealth and Head of BT's Private Client business. Paul is an avid reader and takes interest in history, politics and philosophy.

Jason Teh is an accomplished investment professional with over 25 years of experience in equity markets, portfolio management, and investment strategy. As a Portfolio Manager at Clime Investment Management, Jason is responsible for managing a diverse range of portfolios, focusing on delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns for clients. His disciplined investment approach, which combines fundamental analysis with a deep understanding of market trends, enables him to identify opportunities that align with long-term client goals. Before joining Clime, Jason was a Chief Investment Officer at Vertium Asset Management, where he specialized in managing an Australian Equity Income fund. Prior to Vertium, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Investors Mutual. His experience has honed his expertise in income-generating investments and long-term value creation, making him well-versed in navigating complex market environments. Jason has a proven track record of delivering strong returns while managing risk, particularly in equity markets.

Steve Lambeth

Steven Lambeth is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in portfolio management and equity analysis. His expertise in equity markets and deep understanding of market dynamics allow him to craft and implement strategies that drive performance. Before joining Clime, Steven held senior roles at leading financial institutions, where he gained significant experience in managing both growth and income-generating investment strategies. His background in equity analysis, financial modelling, and risk management makes him a valuable contributor to Clime's portfolio management process.

Vincent Chin

Vincent has been with Clime for more than 12 years of his 22-year in financial services spanning both Fixed Income and Equities. Due to client demand, he established a goals-based investment style using quantitative analysis with qualitative top-down process which is utilised in the Clime Income strategies. Vincent is passionate about sustainable ethical investing which forms part of his investment philosophy. Prior to working in financial services, Vincent worked as a scientist specialising in infrared and photovoltaic solar cells. In this time Vincent produced about 50 internationally peer reviewed scientific and technical papers. Vincent holds a PhD in Physics from the University of New South Wales.

Gareth Abernethy

Senior Investment Analyst

Gareth originally joined Clime Investment Management in 2012 in a client support role for Clime Direct. More recently, he joined at the end of 2014 as an Associate Analyst and is responsible for identifying and researching investment opportunities, specifically for the smaller companies fund. Before working at Clime, Gareth worked at Norris Smith Securities as a broker. His key responsibilities are dealing with Clime’s managed funds as well as selective qualitative company research. Gareth has completed his B.Com at the University of New South Wales.

Jun Woo Jung

Investment Analyst
B.Com
Jun joined the Clime investment team in 2018. He has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies from the University of New South Wales. Jun’s role focuses on performance and attribution analysis, and other security and market related quantitative analysis.

Oscar King

Investment Analyst
B.Com, Accredited Listed Product Adviser (ASX ALPA), Masters of Applied Finance (Year 1)
Oscar is an Investment Analyst within the Investment Team and joined Clime Investment Management in July 2022. He is responsible for coverage of ASX listed Large Cap. company's within the Consumer Discretionary and Information Technology sectors. Prior to joining Clime, Oscar worked as an Associate Portfolio Manager for MTIS Wealth Management, where he demonstrated his in-depth knowledge of investment markets, providing analytical research and the construction of diversified investment solutions for business and client portfolios. He has worked in the finance industry for 6 years, having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and is currently undertaking his Masters of Applied Finance.
