Annick brings a wealth of leadership and business expertise to Clime. Her dedication to helping Australian’s is not merely a professional mantra but a driving force that propels Clime towards success. As the CEO of Clime, Annick Donat’s leadership style is defined by a commitment to empowerment, a passion for innovation, and a courage that challenges the status quo. In this blog post, we’ll delve into the multifaceted leadership of Annick including her advocacy for women’s empowerment, and the delicate balance she maintains between her professional and personal commitments.

With a predilection and curiosity for innovation, Annick believes great advice can change lives. It’s these values that led her to become Chief Executive Officer of Madison Financial Group in 2017 where she strived to empower individuals through great advice. Shortly following the acquisition of Madison by Clime in 2020, Annick Donat was appointed CEO of Clime Investment Management Limited on 1 May 2021.

Annick is an active and influential voice in the financial services industry; she sits on various industry advisory boards including, but not limited to, Advisory and Director roles with Not-for-profit (NFP) organisations. Annick is the Chair for the Team Australia Challenge, an NFP organisation supporting the Australian women and youth America’s Cup campaign in Barcelona 2024.

Annick is an advocate for women empowerment. Annick has featured in a number of articles for Financy, an organisation focused on gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has been involved in multiple publications, including Global Girls, a book by Karen Gee, and Sandra D’Souza’s book, From Bias to Equality.

Outside of Annick’s ambitious ventures, she is married to Simon, a mother of two, Angus and Olivia, and her dog, Shelby.
